Foundation companies in OKC
How to vet any foundation company in Oklahoma City.
Before you let anyone near your foundation, you can confirm they are a real, registered business in about 10 minutes, using records that are free and public. Here is what we check before we match you, and how to run the same checks yourself.
What we check before we match you
Before we match you with a contractor, we check public records and stated facts. That is not a guarantee of anyone's workmanship, pricing, or outcome. Those are between you and the contractor you hire. Our checks are:
- The business is real and registered It exists as an active business in state records, under the name it trades as.
- It works where it says it works The service area it advertises matches where it is actually based and permitted.
- Its claims are its own Any license, certification, or warranty a contractor advertises is stated by them, and you can confirm it with the sources below.
We hold ourselves to the same standard. Who runs RestoreCast, and how we make money lays out who we are and how a referral pays us.
Verify any contractor in 10 minutes
3 checks, all free, before you sign anything. They work for any foundation company in the Oklahoma City area, whether or not we referred them.
Search the Oklahoma Secretary of State's business entity records for the company name. Type it in the Entity Name box and open the result: look for an active status and a filing date that matches how long they say they have been in business.
Confirm the contractor pulls permits for structural work in your city. Oklahoma City's permit portal lets you search records with no account: open Permits, then Search Permits, and look up an address or the company. A company that never pulls permits is a flag.
"Which investigation level is this quote based on?" A real structural assessment names its level. The engineer-first guide explains the 3 levels and why the answer matters before you compare prices.
Company-by-company: the public record
Here is the public review record for the metro's most-reviewed foundation firms, on the 2 platforms most homeowners check. A rating is a starting point, not our endorsement, and not a substitute for the 3 checks above: run them before you hire anyone. Scores are each firm's rating and review count as of Sep 2026, linked so you can read the reviews yourself. We show a platform's score only where it has at least 5 reviews, so one happy customer does not read as a perfect record.

Why the 2 scores differ. Yelp shows far fewer reviews than Google because its filter sets aside the reviews it does not recommend: they stay on a separate page and do not count toward the score. So a lower Yelp score often reflects a small, filtered handful rather than a worse company. Read both, and weigh how many reviews sit behind each score, not just the stars.
Would you rather we do the matching? We only pass your inquiry to contractors that clear the 3 checks above, and never to a bidding list.
