What RestoreCast is
RestoreCast is a guide for homeowners deciding whether they have a foundation problem, what a fair repair costs, and who to trust with it. We built it because the honest answer to those questions is hard to find: most of what ranks for foundation repair in Oklahoma City is written to sell a repair, not to help you decide whether you need one.
Every number on this site comes from a public source we name: dated quotes from OKC homeowners, published engineering standards, and company pricing we can point to. Nothing is invented, and where a figure is still being confirmed we leave it out rather than guess.
We do not have an Oklahoma City office, and we do not invent one. What makes this guide local is the evidence, not a fake storefront: dated quotes from OKC homeowners, Oklahoma soil data, and named OKC engineers and companies. You will never find a made-up local address or phone number here.
How this site makes money
We make money on the introduction, never on your visit and never on your job. No ads, no affiliate links, no markup. Here is the entire flow.
- You ask to be matched
Free to you. You fill in the short form, or you call. There is nothing to buy from us.
- We pass your inquiry to 1 foundation contractor
Your inquiry goes to a single OKC foundation contractor we work with, never a bidding list and never resold.
- We are paid a referral fee for the introduction
The contractor pays that fee, not you. It is how the site pays for itself.
- We do not mark up your job
What the contractor quotes you is between you and them. We add nothing to it; the contractor sets their own price the way they would for any customer.
No company pays to appear here, and no company pays for a good review. The prices and standards we cite are public sources, not advertisements. If we ever have a paid referral relationship with a specific firm, we name it on the page where it operates. The trust is the asset; the day it looks bought, it is worth nothing.
What we will never do
RestoreCast is a guide, not a contractor. If you need work done, we match you with someone who does it, and step back.
No company can pay to be praised here. What homeowners say is drawn from public reviews, with dates and links, so you can read the original.
Every price and standard is dated and points to a public source you can open. We would rather leave a figure out than make one up.
No invented Oklahoma City address, no fake local phone.
Why you can check everything here
Looking trustworthy and being checkable are not the same thing. Here is what you can check on this site today, and what is coming as we build it out.
The photos that stand as evidence (a crack, a leaning wall, cracked soil) come from real OKC homes, not a stock library. Where an image is just context, we may use stock or an illustration, and we never dress those up as local evidence.
Dated foundation quotes from OKC homeowners, spanning a few hundred dollars to six figures, not a made-up range. See the cost page.
Named OKC engineers and contractors answer our questions in their own words. We keep those answers separate from any paid referral, and disclose the referral where it exists.
Who runs RestoreCast
I'm Mark Whitfield, and I built RestoreCast. I'm not a foundation contractor and I'm not an engineer, and I won't pretend to be either. What I am is the person who did the reading: I gathered the dated quotes real Oklahoma City homeowners posted about their own repairs, pulled the published engineering standards and the state's soil data, and worked through the local companies and named engineers, so that every number on this site points back to a source you can open yourself.
I don't live in Oklahoma City. I say so plainly, because it's the honest version and because it's the point: I have no repair to sell you, no storefront to protect, and no reason to talk you into work you don't need. What makes this guide local is the evidence, not an address.
When it's your house on the line, get a licensed engineer to look at it. My job is to help you walk into that conversation already knowing what fair looks like.
RestoreCast is published by Beartico LLC, one small operation, not a call center. Reach me by email at hello@restorecast.com. I read every message.
◆ We tell you how to vet any foundation company
We tell every homeowner to verify a contractor before hiring. Our guide to verifying any foundation company in Oklahoma shows you how to look up a business, check city registration, and read permits before you let someone quote your foundation.
Ready when you are: get matched with an OKC foundation pro
